TronGrid 1.0: New Features, inquiry performance optimization and some bug fixes

We added some new features to TronGrid 1.0 including USDJ/JST inquiry, filters for voting transactions and a new service called TronStack, which is based on a new event subscription model. It provides the same inquiry interface as TronGrid, so users are able to deploy it locally and visit it in a safer and faster manner. In addition, we did some optimization such as more detailed data information when inquiring transaction data and supporting both upper and lowercase letters. Lastly, we fixed some pre-existing bugs.
